Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role based in Londonderry, NH. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will evaluate children and youth, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct occupational therapy services focused on functional skills, sensory processing, and developmental progress. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, documenting treatment sessions, and updating goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The role involves regular communication with families and caregivers, providing education, home program recommendations, and support to promote carryover of skills in daily routines. The therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to group or community-based activities, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive clinical environment. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Occupational Therapy practice, including assessment, intervention planning, and documentation for pediatric populations. Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones and family-centered care. Skills in Sensory Integration and working with children who have sensory processing, motor, or behavioral challenges. Desire to work with children and families in collaborative, supportive, and culturally responsive ways. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in New Hampshire. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt interventions to diverse needs. Experience in outpatient pediatric or school-based settings is preferred; new graduates with pediatric fieldwork or prior experience working with children are encouraged to apply.
