Sales Recruiter (Contract/Temp)

What You'll Be Doing As a Temporary Sales Recruiter working remotely in the U.S., you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Sales Executives, Account Executives, and other go-to-market professionals across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines within technology services, SaaS, consulting, cloud, CX technology, CRM, and related markets. In this role, you will source, engage, assess, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while providing market intelligence and hiring guidance. You will independently drive multiple searches from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams while helping TTEC Digital attract and hire top commercial talent. During a Typical Day, You'll Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for sales and go-to-market positions from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, talent needs, organizational priorities, and ideal candidate profiles. Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, candidate insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations throughout the search process. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, competitive intelligence, and other talent channels. Identify and assess top sales talent with experience selling technology solutions and services, including cloud, AI, data, CRM, CX, contact center, SaaS, and digital transformation offerings. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and effectively communicating TTEC Digital's value proposition. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data while partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure a compliant, consistent, and efficient hiring process. What You Bring to the Role 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting sales talent. Demonstrated success recruiting within SaaS, technology services, consulting, cloud, CRM, CX, AI, data, analytics, or other technology-related businesses. Experience recruiting Account Executives, Sales Executives, Client Partners, Business Development professionals, or similar quota-carrying sales roles. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close. Strong experience partnering directly with and influencing hiring managers, including the ability to challenge and advise leaders when appropriate. Demonstrated ability to develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find sales talent. Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills, with the ability to distinguish high-performing sales talent from candidates who simply have strong interviewing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, searches, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. $50 - $60 an hour TTEC Digital and our 1,800+ employees pioneer engagement and growth solutions that fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX).
