About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions, where I developed a passion for building relationships and helping people make important decisions. I graduated from Baylor University in 2000 and am married to my wife, Rachael. We have two children, three dogs, and family is always my top priority.

Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. I proudly support United Way, stay active with Cornerstone Church, and enjoy participating in youth sports and other local community initiatives. Building strong relationships both inside and outside the office is something I truly value.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
