Responsibilities
- Monitor production goals and objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Maintain productivity and quality standards across assigned areas
- Coordinate raw material requisition to support production schedules
- Establish and improve self-inspection procedures with team leadership
- Ensure safety compliance and train associates on reporting procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing operations experience
- Knowledge of production quality and safety procedures
- Ability to train and supervise manufacturing associates
- On-site presence minimum 4 days per week
