Senior Backend Engineer - Real-Time Health Data & AI
Steer Health
Steer Health is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale core services behind our AI-native platform. You will own end-to-end backend systems, build real-time data pipelines, and integrate with EHRs and healthcare APIs for reliable AI agent operations. In this high-ownership role, you will drive architecture through production, ensure security for PHI, and mentor teammates.
