We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Assess and continuously monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and other critical care parameters.
• Assist with procedures and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care when appropriate.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
