Stryker is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Investigator to lead complex investigations across US, LATAM and Canada. You will partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen culture, assess risk, and ensure consistent outcomes. You will manage intake, planning, interviews, determinations, and reporting while providing coaching to HRBPs and managers.
