What You'll Be Doing

As a Tow Operator, you'll be the face of our company, providing essential roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Safely operating tow trucks to assist with vehicle recovery and transport.
Responding promptly to service calls, including weekends and holidays.
Ensuring vehicles are loaded, secured, and transported properly.
Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and care.
Maintaining equipment and vehicles to ensure they're in top working condition.

We're seeking candidates who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to tackle any challenge. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

The ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably.
A flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and adapt on the job.

No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others and a proactive attitude will go a long way!
