This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy day shifts, meaningful patient relationships, and the work you love—all in the beautiful coulee region of western Wisconsin. What You’ll Do As a Cardiology Clinic RN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cardiac care journey. Work 72 hours per pay period (0.9 FTE) Schedule includes 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements) Provide our signature LOVE + MEDICINE to patients at our Main Clinic in La Crosse, with potential hours at our Onalaska Clinic Perform a wide range of ambulatory cardiology nursing functions, including: Phone triage and patient education for cardiac procedures Medication refills and optimization visits Managing Epic In-Basket and MyChart patient messages Assisting with cardiac procedure coordination Enjoy opportunities to cross-train and work in additional cardiology subspecialties Be part of a dynamic department where new medications and innovative cardiac interventions are advancing patient care every day What You’ll Get: Starting pay: $31.98/hour, with additional compensation based on experience Join a team recognized among the nation’s top hospitals for heart attack treatment Collaborative, supportive team environment Career growth support through our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment Program Top-rated retirement plan and healthcare benefits A strong nursing voice through our Nursing Shared Governance Councils What You’ll Need: Minimum of associate degree in Nursing RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year RN experience in cardiology and/or ambulatory setting Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
