Summary:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience - NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM-C or AWHONN **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Comfortable with unblocked/unepiduralized patients - Strong collaboration skills with physicians, midwives, and doulas - Mom/Baby, couplet care experience **Leadership and Personality Fit:** - Strong teamwork, cheerful, collaborative, strong leader - Exceptional patient experience skills
