Manufacturing Engineer

Contract Duration - 4 months/w2

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting across manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and manufacturing capability .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and methods.
• Maintain engineering drawings/prints, BOMs, routers, procedures, and technical documentation .
• Support manufacturing processes including machining, casting, forging, molding, heat treating, bonding, and finishing .
• Conduct feasibility, cost, capacity, and capability studies.
• Support tooling, equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute project plans and schedules.
• Apply GD&T, quality, and statistical problem-solving tools .
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Production teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required.
• 1+ year of engineering experience , preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes .
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project .
• Strong ability to balance quality, safety, compliance, cost, and customer requirements .
