Job Title: ACM Engineer Role

Location: Charlotte, NC only

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• The position will reside in a Real Time Collaboration Contact Center Engineering team, directly supporting Architecture and Engineering functions for Contact Center products and solutions.
• Responsible for development of program schedules, program tasks, communication materials for senior leadership, and Contact Center engineering documentation related to fast-moving programs.
• Provide software and hardware support requiring complex integrated configurations in the areas of ACM Communications Manager, PBX (call routing, Cisco Unity Connection integration, AES, CMS, one-X), Sonus/Ribbon, LAN/WAN, VoIP, SIP, Session Management, and Media Server.
• Assist in the development of project documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), cost estimates, and equipment placement requests.
• Provide program guidance and develop engineering timelines in partnership with program delivery teams.
• Directly support business-initiated projects.
• Communicate program status, risks, and open issues to leadership.
• Develop ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and SOW (Statement of Work) quotes for equipment placement and licensing projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Contact Center / Call Center Engineering experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in ACM technologies
• Deep knowledge of (ACM) (core requirement)
• Experience with CMS and Session Manager
• Experience with Aspect, NICE Voice Recording, IVR platforms, Dialers, Genesys IVR, VoIP IVR, BroadSoft
• Knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, switches, and routers
• Strong expertise in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $65 - $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
