Required Qualifications: 13 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, WA state licensure, and home health experience required. EPIC electronic health record experience preferred. Additional Information: Coverage area includes zip codes 98012 and 98296, with the potential to see patients in different territories depending on staffing and patient needs. All documentation must be submitted one week prior to start. The assignment is scheduled to commence on 10/05/2026 and conclude on 01/03/2027, with orientation scheduled every two weeks starting 8/17.
