Product Growth Manager

About the Role

Join the product team at a venture-backed consumer gaming platform to build and grow its creator ecosystem. You will own the creator journey from first visit to first published game, helping shape the growth function through hands-on product work and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Identify and ship growth experiments that improve creator acquisition, activation, and engagement.

• Create mockups and prototypes, including with AI-assisted tools, and partner with front-end engineers to launch successful ideas.

• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into practical growth strategies.

• Gather feedback from creators and use it to inform product iterations.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners on the product roadmap and growth function.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth PM for a consumer product.

• Experience owning growth work and personally running experiments, analyzing results, and applying what you learn.

• A hands-on individual contributor who can prototype, script, or build projects independently.

• Strong data analytics skills, with experience using SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

• Strong computer science or equivalent technical fundamentals.

• Experience with creator products, user-generated content, games, or two-sided marketplaces is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
