To thrive in this role, you'll need a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, and an active Arizona OT license (or eligibility to obtain one). We welcome new grads who are eager to grow in a supportive setting, as well as experienced therapists ready to bring their skills to a place that values every team member's voice. Rural healthcare experience is a plus, but heart and flexibility matter most.
