Our commitment lies in upholding a tradition of excellence and advancement in healthcare services.Summary:As an LPN, you will provide skilled direct and indirect patient care to a designated group of patients under the guidance of a registered nurse. Collaborating with our healthcare team, your role is crucial in ensuring the health and safety of our patients while adhering to infection control protocols.Essential Duties:Deliver patient care according to the patient's care plan under the supervision of an RN.Accurately document patient measurements and observations.Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.Work effectively with other healthcare professionals on the unit.Compensation:The hourly wage ranges from $22 to $30.50 based on experience and role.We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees.Qualifications:Completion of high school or equivalent.Minimum of one year of LPN experience.Active Ohio LPN license.
