Remote Member Onboarding Specialist (Healthcare Plans)

We’re looking for a personable Remote Member Onboarding Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, supporting healthcare plans as they assist new members with enrollment steps.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding people through processes. You’ll gain experience helping new members understand benefits, completing digital enrollment tasks, and ensuring each person has a smooth start with their healthcare plan.

What You’ll Do

Assist members with digital onboarding and enrollment
Verify demographic and insurance information
Provide clear instructions on plan benefits
Document all communication in electronic systems
Support members with next-step guidance
