In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities such as mealtime support, gentle transfers, and personal care, always approaching your work with patience and kindness. Through meaningful conversations and attentive listening, you'll build trust and reassurance, making residents feel heard and respected. You'll also be a crucial part of their well-being by observing and reporting any changes in their health or behavior, ensuring they receive the care they need.

What shifts are currently available?

Day Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm

Evening Shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm

Requirements

• While experience in offering direct care to adults is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English is essential for effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• A must-have includes the ability to follow directions, collaborate effectively in a team, and deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Must consent to and pass a criminal background check
