With weekly pay, hands-on training, and support from our clinical team, you’ll feel confident and valued every step of the way. What BAYADA Offers Commitment Bonuses: Earn $5,000–$10,000 based on your level of commitment Fast-Track Bonus Opportunities Available Earn $28–$34/hour throughout the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials Join our Premium Night Shift Team and earn a $35/hour flat rate! Requires experience with Trach/Vent cases Commitment includes only 1 weekend shift per month and 1 holiday per year (your choice!)
