Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a full-time Site Director. Pay scale: $19.50-23.00 per hour. Kids Club 360 is looking for an energetic and motivated person to manage a licensed site within our Kids Club 360 locations, DBA of the Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region. Kids Club 360 provides amazing opportunities and programs for our members; Kids Club 360 needs someone who is as excited as our organization to make a positive impact in their lives.

Duties include:

• Manage staff and ensure that appropriate interactions are happening between children and staff.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to keep staff up to date on organizational information and complete quarterly staff evaluations.
• Documentation/reporting of attendance to the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist and Director of Operations.
• Collect and keep accurate records of payments/charges and communicate with both parents and the AR Specialist.
• Make sure that programs and activities are being run and documented on a weekly basis and a monthly site report is completed and turned in to the Director of Operations.
• Attend training sessions and staff development workshops that are required to obtain and maintain national accreditation while meeting all Colorado State Licensing requirements.
• Submit to fingerprinting and a criminal background check; complete training provided by our organization in CPR, First Aid, Medications Administration, and Universal Precautions.
• All employees upon job acceptance must submit to a criminal background check, and ongoing background checks throughout employment.
• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:

• Must have one of the following state licensing requirements - a four (4) year college degree with a major such as recreation, education with a specialty in art, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field.
• Two years of college training and six (6) months of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience, since attaining the age of eighteen (18), in the care and supervision of 4 or more children.
• Three years of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience, in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children. The program director must complete six (6) semester hours, nine (9) quarter hours in course work from a regionally accredited college or university, or forty (40) clock hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children within the first nine (9) months of employment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test (including marijuana) and background check.
