Key Responsibilities Guest Service Ensure an exceptional dining experience, engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room presentation Team Leadership Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members Drive a positive, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere that reflects the Sugarfire brand Restaurant Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting Work closely with kitchen management to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality food standards Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Assist with off-site events and catering operations as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or service management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to thrive under pressure and during peak hours Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Self-motivated and organized, maintaining standards during both busy and slower periods Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
