Own the full-cycle recruiting process for skilled trades and professional positions from intake through offer and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Source candidates through job boards, networking events, career fairs, referrals, and other creative recruiting methods.

Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, extend offers, and oversee onboarding activities.

Maintain ATS data, ensure recruiting compliance, track recruiting metrics, and continuously improve recruiting processes.
