Marketing Assistant

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Marketing Assistant will manage content marketing and community engagement across podcast, YouTube, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring smooth execution and tracking of all initiatives. Key responsibilities Coordinate logistics for podcast episodes and manage YouTube content, including performance tracking and audience engagement Oversee the production of newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to schedule Manage social media interactions and community engagement, monitoring comments and responding to inquiries appropriately Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to write clearly and persuasively Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp Familiarity with Google Suite and social media management tools Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
