We build long-lasting relationships.Texas Capital provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, fertility and family building aids, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).Headquartered in Dallas with offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, Plano and San Antonio, Texas Capital was recently named Best Regional Bank in 2024 by Bankrate and was named to The Dallas Morning News'Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex Top Workplaces 2023 and GoBankingRate's 2023 list of Best Regional Banks.ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures while maintaining an ethical sales culture and inclusive environment within their financial center and marketResponsible for recruiting, retention and training of all team members along with developing the Assistant Financial Center Manager to the next Financial Center ManagerResponsible for creating an inclusive financial center culture that provides an environment for team members to thriveSupport and coordinate CRA and Community Engagement activities within core marketOversee Branch Small Business Activity within market to drive new business acquisition and deepen existing relationshipsAbility to identify clients needs and refer them to the appropriate line of businessMaintain a properly trained team and provide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, which includes adhering to Texas Capital Bank guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable lawsCoordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs, workflow and transaction integrityMaximize the growth and profitability of the branch through ethical sales, deepening existing client relationships, various line of business partner support and influential leadershipAssisting commercial, private wealth and treasury officers with client and prospecting callsRequired to perform all duties necessary for operating an efficient financial center including but not limited to teller transactions (Withdrawals, Deposits, Wires, etc…) and all banker functionsAct as a liaison with various internal business partners to facilitate client onboardingLead in community awareness events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunitiesFoster an environment within the banking center that assures exceptional customer serviceInterview and hire qualified candidates upon event of financial center staff vacanciesMaintain proper security with the financial center to protect employees and bank assetsEnsure responsible management of financial center budgetQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or the equivalent preferredMinimum of 5 years banking experience with three years in a supervisory roleExcellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and salesStrong knowledge of bank products and servicesStrong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit SolutionsProven leadership and organizational skills, including effective time managementAbility to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organizationDemonstrated ability to establish and achieve strategic goalsEffective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating, and presentation skillsAbility to readily identify needs and requirements, and establish plans and processes to ensure successful resultsStrong knowledge of legal entity documentation requiredTake initiative to participate in continued education and management developmentProficiency in the use of PC software tools for reports, audits, analysis, and presentationsSaturday Banking SupportMust be able to lift 50 lbsThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
