To support a growing team, the full-time Certified General Appraiser will engage in commercial real estate valuation assignments, conduct market research, and analyze financial performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct data collection and market research to support valuation assignments Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios and develop cash flow models Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Certified General Appraiser license 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
