The Warehouse Cafe in Bonita Springs, FL is looking for an energetic and passionate Cafe Worker/Barista to join our team! If you love connecting with customers, creating good food and drinks and you thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, this is the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional drinks and a welcoming atmosphere every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and card payments
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner to ensure a positive guest experience
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter and dining areas.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to cafe standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Previous barista or cafe experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends inc. Sunday, and holidays
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
