Job Responsibilities
- Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy plans that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.
- Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patient motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in close partnership with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques to foster continued improvement within the home environment.
- Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on their rehabilitation track.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
