Job Responsibilities
  • Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy plans that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patient motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in close partnership with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques to foster continued improvement within the home environment.
  • Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on their rehabilitation track.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications Required
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
