Responsibilities Lead by example, demonstrating all the ways to guide the team to top performance. Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new programs and initiatives. Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IOT) devices. Maintain the store’s appearance and performance at all times. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, and actively demonstrate: How our ever‑expanding coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods. Why plans and services let customers live unlimited, stay connected and go further. How we’re redefining what wireless can be, from device and account inspection to troubleshooting. Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to: Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment. Identify and hand‑off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where all are accountable for the company’s success. Qualifications Leadership experience. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to lead the team, share best practices and resolve customer issues. Experience with operational, financial and performance management. Excellent communication skills with the team and customers. Prior wireless sales experience.
