VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team in Franklin County. Our team is recognized for clinical excellence and has been named one of the nation's top-performing home health agencies by HomeCare Elite.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services in the home, facility, or educational environment.
