Home Infusion Registered Nurse

BrightStar Care Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion services for patients in Hunterdon County, NJ. Pay: $45–$50 per hour Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required Experience administering infusion therapy required Experience with peripheral IV starts and central line care/access Experience completing Start of Care (SOC) assessments preferred Wound care experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills Schedule 8-hour shifts 4 consecutive days each month for scheduled infusion treatments Opportunity to pick up additional infusion and nursing cases as they become available Responsibilities Administer prescribed infusion therapies in patients' homes Start and maintain peripheral IVs and access central lines as ordered Monitor patients during and after infusions Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments and accurate documentation as needed Educate patients and caregivers on their treatment plan Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care Join BrightStar Care Home Care and make a meaningful difference by delivering high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of patients' homes.
