Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support to business leaders across the organization. This role combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, distribution-focused environment. Qualifications

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced level expertise in MS Excel.
• Effective communication skills written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Planning, SQL, or other relational database and BI products strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI proficiency.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools and natural-language data query platforms.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment, learn quickly, and be a strong analytical thinking and problem solver.
• Self-starter and ability to self-manage workload and multiple tasks at once.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or related field.
