About the Role
FM Life is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in the Columbus area for someone ready to build a long-term career in professional sales.
This opportunity is a strong fit for candidates coming from retail, hospitality, logistics, warehouse, customer service, shift leadership, or other fast-paced environments who want to transition into a Monday–Friday business-to-business sales role.
No previous sales or industry experience is required. You will receive structured training, field mentorship, and ongoing coaching while learning how to develop business relationships, conduct client meetings, and manage a book of accounts.
The company promotes from within, creating opportunities for representatives to take on greater responsibility and leadership as they meet performance goals.
What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
- Develop new business relationships and support existing client accounts
- Manage appointments, follow-up, and daily sales activity
- Track client and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with clients
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete required state licensing
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, logistics, supervision, or sales can be helpful but is not required.
Schedule Career Development

Compensation
Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
Target First-Year Range: $47,600 - $89,100+. D epending on individual execution and production
