Human Resources Manager

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, US, you will lead end-to-end hiring across key US markets and help us attract top talent in one of the most competitive and fast-evolving sectors in technology. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting execution with market insight, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functions. You will work closely with hiring leaders across technical and business teams, build pipelines for critical roles, and help shape our employer presence across the US region. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles across US, with a focus on mid-to-senior level hiring. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver strong hiring outcomes. Recruit for key functions including AI infrastructure, GPU cloud computing, platform engineering, distributed systems, and go-to-market teams. Build proactive pipelines of passive and active candidates across major US talent markets. Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring plans for niche and business-critical roles. Represent PaleBlueDot AI in local tech communities, industry events, and relevant professional networks. Support employer branding efforts to improve market visibility and candidate engagement across the region. Coordinate closely with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders on offer processes, onboarding, and hiring operations. Maintain awareness of local market practices and employment considerations to support compliant and effective recruitment. Use data and hiring insights to improve recruiting strategy, process efficiency, and decision-making. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above. 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in the technology industry. Strong track record of hiring for technical roles, ideally in AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU, compute, or related sectors. Experience hiring across US markets and working in a cross-border or global organization. Strong understanding of regional talent landscapes and sourcing channels in key US tech hubs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Professional maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred. Additional Asian language skills are a plus. Nice to Have Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling technology company. Existing network within US engineering or technology communities. Experience building hiring strategies for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
