Tropical Smoothie Café - Team Member (TX042) Starting Wage Range $9.00 - $12.00 Location: 5605 N Tarrant Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work Week: Flexible hours available; can work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required. Job Summary At Tropical Smoothie Café, we promote a healthier lifestyle by serving delicious food and smoothies with a tropical touch! Team Members play a key role in delivering unparalleled hospitality with our core values: Solid Relationships, Playing to Win, Creative Spirit, and Living Better. Duties / Responsibilities Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values. Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer. Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Use sanitation practices for food handling and preparation. Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations. Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas. Operate the register, take orders, accurately handle cash, and be responsible for the drawer. Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Required Skills / Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical Requirements Continuously standing and walking throughout shifts. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds for stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash. Constant face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast‑paced cafe environment. Ability to multi‑task and remain positive under sometimes stressful working conditions. Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching, and stretching.
