Duties include transacting receipts in SAP as per training provided, based on invoices, bills of lading, and email requests. The duties will eventually evolve into validation of invoice data scanned in SAP.Duties:Perform goods receipts in SAP by reviewing and validating Bills of Lading and receipts requestsReconcile Supplier/Vendor AP Statements to payments in SAPReview payable account statements from vendors and reconcile them or route the statement to the responsible Regional BuyerAssist with other duties as neededEducation:High school diploma/GEDAssociates Degree or some college coursework preferredRequirements/Qualifications:Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and go the extra mileStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
