Physical Therapist Ada, OK Specialty: PT Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2171 - $2616 | Shift: 5x8 days Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? Join our healthcare partner in Ada, OK, and bring your expertise to a supportive and dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. You will develop and implement personalized care plans following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening and evaluating patients to develop appropriate rehabilitation plans
- Administering procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and wound care
- Adjusting treatments based on patient progress and documenting outcomes
- Providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress
- Documenting all required information in the electronic documentation system
- Participating in patient care conferences and required meetings
- Supervising and supporting physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides
- Adhering to APTA and State Required practice acts and ethics
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- LTC or Rehab experience required
- Oklahoma State License required
- New Grads OKAY with Level II experience
