Position Summary:

We’re seeking responsible, caring drivers to transport students with developmental disabilities to and from school using their own personal vehicles. Drivers work split shifts (morning and afternoon) and are paid competitive weekly wages comparable to full-time work despite part-time hours.

We are seeking candidates who are comfortable spending time on the road, such as current or former Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash drivers. We also encourage anyone looking for additional income without committing to a full-time schedule to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your own vehicle (4-door, 2016 or newer) to safely transport students to and from school.
• Follow scheduled pickup and drop-off times and assigned routes.
• Ensure each child is safely secured using appropriate safety restraints.
• Report attendance, behavioral concerns, or delays to dispatch in real time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle at all times.
• Participate in company-provided training on safety, disability awareness, and compliance.

Available Positions:

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

• Toledo Local School District - 5 positions available
• Washington School District- 5 positions available  

Positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (school days only).
• AM Shift: Pick up students from home and transport them to school.
• PM Shift: Pick up students from school and transport them home.
• Hours vary by route and are typically 2–4 hours per day, split between the AM and PM shifts.

Requirements:

• Must own a reliable 4-door vehicle (model year 2016 or newer).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a caring attitude.

Compensation:

• Weekly pay ranges from $300 to $1,200, depending on assigned routes and schedules.
• Compensation is comparable to full-time earnings while working part-time hours.
• Pay may fluctuate if students are absent due to illness, vacations, or other reasons.
• Direct deposit and route bonuses may be available.
