Position: Receptionist Pay: $17/hour Schedule: Every other weekend, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Additional: Occasional weekday coverage may be needed to fill in for full-time staff. Job Responsibilities: This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests to the facility and excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with administrative tasks including scanning documents, resident trust, AP, scheduling care conferences, and more. Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Assures that all staff are scheduled at all times to meet the resident's needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time. Secures coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions, vacations, and staff call-offs. Operates multiline telephone and paging systems efficiently and professionally. Answers incoming calls, determines the nature of the call, and routes the call to the appropriate party. Handles sensitive information regarding residents' and other facility matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintains resident trust fund accounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eden Senior Care
