This role involves regular interaction with customers and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts. The Culinary Assistant also manages inventory and assists chefs to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients and assist in cooking processes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
• Manage inventory and sort ingredients appropriately
• Wash dishes and utensils to ensure hygienic standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment
• Properly store food items to preserve freshness
• Assist chefs during meal preparation and plating
• Handle waste disposal and management responsibly
• Conduct quality control checks on food and supplies

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Culinary Arts or Food Safety
