The Pre-Production (Data Entry) Assistant provides administrative and systems support to the Pre-Production and design team by maintaining accurate and timely artwork, strike-off comments, color and print information, and production files across key systems. This position supports the team throughout the seasonal development process and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure information is organized, updated, and available when needed. What You'll Do: Maintain and update artwork and production information in Centric. Upload art pages and artwork updates into Centric. Upload and maintain strike-off comments in Centric. Upload color and print palettes into Centric Upload artwork and related files to the FTP site. Create and print art pages at the beginning of each season for all categories. Maintain accurate and organized digital files and documentation. Ensure uploads and updates are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Support the Pre-Production team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You'll Need: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working with computer systems and entering/updating information accurately. Ability to learn and navigate systems such as Centric, FTP, and related production tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player. Ability to follow established processes and maintain accuracy with repetitive data-entry tasks. Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet seasonal and production deadlines. High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, production, apparel, or a related field preferred.
