WesLor Enterprises is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Since the founding of the company, we have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovative fabrication solutions, and exceptional customer service. Our team works on a wide variety of custom metal fabrication projects for customers across multiple industries.

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating and welding metal components, and ensuring finished products meet the client's high standards for quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

• Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components.

• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.

• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.

• Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with shop personnel to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
