We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with operations teams to help secure profitable projects. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and supporting successful construction projects from the very beginning, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do  

• Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Assist in preparing competitive bid proposals and project budgets
• Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams throughout the estimating process
• Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and historical project costs
• Meet bid deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail 
• Estimate work to include: concrete, masonry, framing, trim, insulation, drywall, siding, landscape and irrigation

What You Need  

• 3+ years experience estimating residential or commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
