Supervisor for the Weekend – Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Greenbriar, located in Bradenton, FL, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping residents achieve their maximum potential. We provide a modern, comfortable, and secure environment staffed by caring professionals. Job Overview As a Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee the care of our residents, lead the CNA team, and ensure high-quality nursing services during weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by the facility’s care plan. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records. Direct and coordinate the day‑to‑day tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Promote an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Adhere to all regulatory and facility policies regarding patient safety and infection control. Qualifications Valid Nursing License in the state of Florida. Experience with PointClickCare software or ability to learn quickly. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
