Staffing Branch Manager/Market Leader

We’re expanding into Florida — and we need the right person to lead it. PeopleSource is looking for an experienced Staffing Branch Manager / Market Leader to launch and grow our Orlando, FL market from the ground up. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. This is a builder’s role — for someone who thrives on hunting new business, placing great workers, and creating something from scratch. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of staffing industry experience — specifically in light industrial, construction, or skilled trades Proven business development and account management track record Experience running or growing a branch, market, or P&L Comfortable operating independently in a startup environment Multi-market or multi-branch experience a strong plus Florida market knowledge preferred What we bring: Office space in Orlando — we’ll find it and set it up Local recruiter support — we’ll work with you to hire one A real growth path — Orlando is the first stop, not the last Competitive base + performance-based compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
