Veterinary Ophthalmologist – SpecialtySeeking a specialty veterinarian in Ophthalmology to join a collaborative, multi-specialty team. Ideal for a diplomate (DACVO) or residency-trained veterinarian focused exclusively on ophthalmology. Flexible scheduling with no after-hours or on-call responsibilities.Modern, expanding specialty facility with additional treatment space, operating rooms, exam rooms, a dedicated CT suite, and upgraded in-house laboratory services.Multi-disciplinary collaboration with specialists in surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, integrative medicine, rehabilitation, behavior, and theriogenology.Supportive, highly skilled team committed to compassionate, high-quality patient care.Access to 24/7 inpatient and emergency services at an on-campus partner facility.Candidate ProfileActive veterinary licensure or license eligibility in New York.DACVO diplomate or residency-trained in ophthalmology.Collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellent patient care.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary $200,000–$250,000 plus production-based incentives.Sign-on bonuses, stipends, and additional pay incentives may apply.Paid time off (PTO) and flexible scheduling.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match, paid licensure fees, memberships, and professional liability insurance.Continuing education allowance ($5,000/year) with 4 dedicated CE days.Paid parental leave and employee discounts.
