Valley Dental Works is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Happy Valley, Oregon , conveniently located just minutes from SE Portland . Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused hygienist who is passionate about preventative care and helping patients achieve long-term oral health.

Dental Hygienist ResponsibilitiesPerform dental cleanings including scaling and polishing
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventative dental care
Take and process dental X-rays as needed
Assist with periodontal charting and collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
Stay current on dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices
Active Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and terminology
Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dental team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous dental office experience preferred but not required
$60–$65 per hour with performance-based incentives
