Job Summary
We are hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to guide and assist clients throughout their travel journey. From planning to return, you will ensure travelers feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
- Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
- Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
- Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Background in customer service (travel industry experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
- Enthusiastic about helping others travel smoothly
