We are currently looking for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication
• Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions
• Assign duties, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment

• Make independent decisions when necessary
• Deliver quality nursing care competently and knowledgeably
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
