This role supports production, purchasing, and warehouse operations by ensuring real-time inventory accuracy and data integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential FunctionsEnter daily inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments into ERP/MRP system.Maintain accurate item master data including part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and bin locations.Verify production reports, work orders, and material usage for data accuracy.Process purchase order receipts and reconcile discrepancies with Purchasing and ReceivingAssist with physical inventory counts and cycle count programs.Operate a forklift or manual lift.Pull/kit orders.Investigate and resolve inventory variances in coordination with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teamsGenerate inventory and transaction reports for management reviewMaintain organized electronic and physical documentation related to inventory transactionsEnsure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and internal controlsSupport continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy and process efficiency.Print Shop ordersPull and stage parts for upcoming production.Additional job duties as requested.QualificationsSafety Mindset – Actively promotes a safe work environment by identifying, correcting, or reporting unsafe conditions and adhering to company safety standards.Initiative & Assertiveness – Demonstrates confidence in taking appropriate action to complete assignments, address issues, and move work forward without constant direction.Self-Motivation & Drive – Maintains a strong work ethic and consistently strives to meet or exceed performance goals.Accountability & Ownership – Takes responsibility for actions, decisions, and results; follows through on commitments and resolves issues proactively.Effective Communication – Communicates clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats with team members and leadership.Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving – Applies logical reasoning to evaluate situations, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.Dependability & Reliability – Demonstrates consistent attendance, punctuality, follow-through, and a positive attitude toward work and team objectives.Adaptability & Flexibility – Responds positively to change, new processes, and shifting priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Ability to Follow Direction – Accurately interprets and executes verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year Degree preferred and/or equivalent working experience.1–3 years of data entry or inventory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.Experience with ERP/MRP systems (ie - NetSuite, or similar).Forklift or equivalent.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.NetSuite certification is helpful but not required.
