Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves entering quotes and sales orders into SAP Business One according to customer requirements, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and sales orders in SAP Business One per customer requirements.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage customer service-related email inboxes.
• Make outgoing business development or order follow-up calls.
• Greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Process return authorizations, create new item masters, and establish new business partners.
• Communicate effectively with outside vendors.
• Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings.
• Attend trade shows as necessary for business needs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in customer service and data entry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliability and the ability to be coached.
• Experience with order entry and SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Room for growth with opportunities to take on more responsibility.

Work Environment

The position is onsite with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is based in a dynamic environment where you will interact with various technologies and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
